Brainard’s Inc. was founded in 1940 by Otis M. Brainard Jr. Otis worked for his father-in-law Frederick Schenk Plumbing prior to striking out on his own.

     Otis’s two sons Frederick and LeRoy joined the family business after high school as the business grew. Brainard’s became incorporated in 1956 and continued to prosper with Otis retiring and moving to Florida in 1969. His son LeRoy continued with the business with substantial growth until his retirement in 1988. LeRoy’s son Howard runs the business today with yet many more improvements.

      We have served the Valley area for over 70 years and pride ourselves with prompt dependable service. As we continued to grow we branched out to provide air-conditioning service and home oil delivery in 1995. Today we are a complete plumbing, HVAC service and installation company. We offer residential, commercial, institutional, and municipal sales, service, and installation.
